BCTV is running a special contest for bowlers where they can win a free bowling party for themselves and 3 friends! Read below to learn the rules and how to participate!

How to Enter

• Scan the QR code displayed on the BCTV screens at your bowling center
• Enter your contact information and answer the interactive polls for your chance to win a free bowling party for you and 3 friends

Winner Selection & Prize

• One (1) winner will be selected from the top-performing participants, based on coins earned through answering trivia and poll questions

Winner will receive a Free Bowling Party for the winner and up to three (3) friends! Bowling Party Average Retail Value is $150!

By entering the BCTV x Thumbo Contest you agree to abide by all terms and conditions referenced in these Official Rules.

1. No Purchase Necessary – No purchase necessary to enter or win. Purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Void where prohibited.
2. Eligibility Requirements– Open to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) contiguous United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Bowling Center TV (“Sponsor”), its parent company, affiliates, subsidiaries, suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies, and anyone else connected with the production and distribution of this sweepstake (collectively, the “Promotion Entities”) and their immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to Void where prohibited.
3. Clear Description of Prize(s) and Value– One (1) Bowling Party Prize will be awarded to an eligible entrant (the “Grand Prize”) after each applicable contest. The winner will receive a free Bowling Party for themselves and up to 3 friends (up to a $150 value).
4. Odds of Winning– By completing the contest, each entrant is automatically entered once into the Sweepstakes, subject to eligibility requirements. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries received.  There will be no more than one winner for the Grand Prize for each applicable contest.
5. Winner Selection and Notification– Bowling Party Prize:  A potential Bowling Party Prize winner will be selected from the top-performing participants, based on coins earned from among all eligible entries received.  In the event of a tie, a random drawing between the tying contestants will be conducted, by the Sponsor, whose decision is final and binding.  Sponsor will attempt to notify the potential Grand Prize winner by phone or email within 48 hours of the contest’s conclusion.
6. Taxes and Liability Disclaimer– All federal, state and local taxes on the prize are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. The Grand Prize is non-transferable. Sponsor, for any reason, reserves the right to substitute a similar prize of equal or greater value at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

8. Participation– By participating in this Contest, you (i) agree to be bound by these Official Rules, including all eligibility requirements, and (ii) agree to be bound by the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in matters relating to the Contest. Failure to comply with these Official Rules may result in disqualification, in Sponsor’s sole discretion.
9. Disclaimer – By participating, all entrants release Sponsor, its parents and subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, employees, officers, directors, and agents, including advertising agencies, and all others associated with the development and execution of the Contest (collectively, the “Released Parties”) from any and all injury, loss, or damage caused or claimed to be caused by your participation in the Contest and/or acceptance, awarding, receipt, use and/or misuse of the prize. In addition, all entrants release the Released Parties from any such liability and agree that these entities are in no manner responsible for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, relating to the Contest and/or prize. Sponsor shall have the right, in its sole discretion, to abbreviate, modify, suspend, cancel or terminate the Contest without notice or further obligation for any reason. Entrants hereby agree to indemnify and hold each Released Party harmless from and against any third-party claims, actions or proceedings of any kind and from any and all damages, liabilities, costs and expenses, including attorney fees and court costs, arising out of any breach or alleged breach of any of the warranties and representations set forth above.  The Official Rules shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
